Back to School Bash

Family Health Center is committed to ensuring that all children between 3 – 15 years old in the community are immunized and have the resources they need to return to school prepared to learn. Each year, we welcome families to a carnival-like celebration with food, games, a petting zoo, raffle prizes, and live DJ music. As an added bonus, every child receives a new backpack filled with school supplies and personal care kits.

This will also mark the 20-year celebration of The Kalamazoo Promise! We invite all Promise families and alumni to come and celebrate this milestone for the community.

Well-Child Exams and Dental Screenings Required!

Children, ages 3- 12, well-child checkups (this would include a history and physical exam, immunization, vision, and hearing screen if needed, education, and prevention)

Children, ages 13- 15, adolescent checkups (this would include a history and physical exam, immunizations, screening lab tests, mental health screening, education, and prevention)
