I am good at holding space with people who have experienced trauma in a non-judgmental and relaxed space. I find that a combination of talk therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is beneficial for patients with a history of trauma. I strive to create a comfortable and safe environment to find the healthiest way to navigate difficult situations. I pride myself on having the ability to meet patients where they are at with what they have creating concerns for them and untangling those concerns together.
