Dr. Lisandra Soto Dental Day of Caring 2025

Dental Day of Caring 2025 took place on Saturday, March 22nd.

Kalamazoo County adult residents without dental insurance or who are uninsured were able to register for FREE DENTAL services from Family Health Center.

Our annual Dr. Lisandra Soto Dental Day of Caring provides critical dental care to uninsured individuals, offering services like x-rays, dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and fillings.

Since its creation in 2019, over 1,000 uninsured individuals have received dental care valued at over $500,000.

Thanks to our dedicated staff, sponsors, and community volunteers, we provided free dental health services to 258 Kalamazoo residents during this year’s event. This includes:

• 91 Cleanings
• 71 Extractions
• 84 Fillings
• 12 oral surgeries
