Substance Use Disorder
Together we can overcome.
As many as one in 10 Americans are diagnosed with substance use disorders (SUDs). The number of infants, children, teens and adults who experience the life-changing effects of SUDs is even higher. Family Health Center’s (FHC) therapists and behavioral health consultants have the knowledge and experience to help you or your loved ones battle the disease.
Family Health Center (FHC) offers a range of comprehensive treatment services for those struggling with a Substance Use Disorder (SUD). As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive health care, our SUD services are administered in a compassionate and caring environment. Our Office Based Addiction Treatment program (OBAT) is open to both established patients and new patients of FHC. It is dedicated to providing holistic care and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) in a holistic format. Patients interested in the OBAT program are encouraged to read our informational brochure and give us a call at (269) 349-2641 ext. 515.
